disassembler 8080, Z80

I am looking for an 8080 and Z80 disassembler. It can be for MSDOS, wokna or Commodore 64. I imagine it in the way that I load the content of the epromka in Intel HEX from the 8080 / Z80 system into the disassembler and the disassembler throws out the source file.
