high voltage measurement

hi to all,
I'm newbie and making a Tesla coil :D
I would just like to know if there is a way to do non-contact high voltage measurement.
Another question from me: If I measure high voltage with a resistor divider, is it the same for DC and RF voltage?

As far as I know, the HV is measured with an HV divider. I don't know about the possibility of contactless HV measurement. Of course, the measurement of AC and DC voltage is different. Do you want to use an analog or digital voltmeter?

I don't know remote contactless HV measurement, but you can use capacitive probe for measurement HV. The capacitive probe is often used in automotive diagnostic on secondary circuit.
