AI software
When is software declared as AI and when is it not yet declared as AI?
Re: AI software
according IBM: "Artificial intelligence, or AI, is technology that enables computers and machines to simulate human intelligence and problem-solving capabilities." see here: https://www.ibm.com/topics/artificial-intelligence .
I think this is not correct because (1) people have different levels of intelligence (2) every simulator is just a more or less correctly manufactured program. In my opinion, AI is the program that can adapt to be more and more complex depending on the situation. The AI software must protect itself, and the self-protection function will resume after learning on its own. I have no idea how to create such a program with today's processors. Just imagine how the compiled program changes itself. Imagine how a today's compiled program extracts a portion of its own code and replaces the extracted code with another code that creates itself to become better.
