Does anyone have a diagram of a laboratory power source 0 to 50V, adjustable current up to 3A? The kind I make at home.

component values are missing in the diagram. The schematic is correct, the output terminals are not swapped "+" and "-" ?

The diagram is correct. The negative pole is really up and the positive pole is really down.
You can calculate the values of the components according to the input voltage (transformer) and the output voltage you want.

Let me know, is it possible to increase the voltage or current range?

I downloaded the manual and schematics. I see no problem to increase the current range. To increase voltage range needs to change some components.
