component values ​​are missing in the diagram. The schematic is correct, the output terminals are not swapped "+" and "-" ?

The diagram is correct. The negative pole is really up and the positive pole is really down. :D You can calculate the values ​​of the components according to the input voltage (transformer) and the output voltage you want.

I downloaded the manual and schematics. I see no problem to increase the current range. To increase voltage range needs to change some components.
