I have discovered mistake in MAX7311 and MAX7312 datasheets. On page 12, Table 7 are columns A6 to A0 for binary address and a column for hex address. The problem is that the binary value doesn't correspond to hex address. What is correct? The binary address or the hex address?

it seems, the datasheet's creator was under educated if was unable to translate binary to hex or hex to binary numbers. Difficult to say what's correct.
