FM osc frequency

I have an old FM receiver and would like to upgrade it with a digital frequency meter. I want to know where to connect the input of the frequency meter. Attached you will find the wiring diagram of the FM receiver.

Do you have an oscilloscope with a frequency higher than 100MHz? You will need this. Try with a probe to read the signal at the transistor collector Q2. You need a probe with high input resistance.
