How to create a JEDEC file

I need to create a JEDEC to program GAL. How can I do that today?
There is more software for building JEDEC. One that is older for Win95 is Lattice's isp Design Expert Starter. Another great software is ISP Synario 5.0. Lattice some time issued WinCupl. Later it was available from ATMEL.
Very old DOS software is easyABEL. The OpalJR 2.1 from 1993 also runs under DOS. Or PALASM4 from AMD.
