TTI TGA1244 reports error

I have TTI 40MHz arbitrary waveform generator, type TGA1244. As soon as I turn it on, it reports error 127 "system ram error". Unfortunately, I have no service manual. How to remove the error?

this error comes from dead battery making backup of setup memory. You have to change the battery.
