Avocent adapter

I bought this Avocent multichannel serial adapter on ebay. Does anyone know how the connector is connected?

I have installation manual for Equinox adapters. The Equinox adapters look the same as Avocent. I think Avocent bought Equinox and continues to produce the adapters. In the installation manual that I have are several adapter versions. Each has connector description.

A few years ago we used this adapter in our local network for terminals. I'm sure we have several adapters and documentation for them in stock somewhere.
