how to setup SSL and TSL in FireFox on Linux

Hi,
i use FireFox ESR 17.0 on Linux. I have problems with access to some web sites. The problem is with SSL cerificates. I have discovered the SSL3 and TSL need to setup manually in FireFox config. My problem is,I don't know how to correctly set SSL3.they can be set either to true or to false. Does anyone experience ?

FireFox ESR 17.0 is abandoned, no more maintained. Don't use it. Install a new Linux version. I use SUSE Linux Tumbleweed with Firefox. It has no problems.
